    WOD: 6 + 15 (16lb Medicine Ball the whole time)

    Clean Pulls: 10×1@90lbs, 5×1@130lbs, 3×1@160lbs

    Post-WOD:
    1 x 50 Double Unders: 0:31

  2. Brrrrr…Good WOD today to get the blood flowing!

    WOD: 7 rounds 14 reps.

    Did the clean pulls at 160 pounds to practice technique! I am trying to eradicate arm bending to early in my cleans and this movement helps with this issue.

    happy with result – used 16lb ball which is a lot better than when I started with wall balls and used a 10lb and felt sore for a few days
    Mtn climbers are just above my dislike of burpees
