    Now that I think about it, I can’t remember my time… somewhere around 14??
    Did OHS with the bar, and 30lbs KBS.
    Felt really good about it!

    Tennis elbow is killing me – anyone know any tried and tested cures?

    Acupuncture would probably help, deep massage also. You can massage it yourself with a little rubber ball or just with your fingers. Either way you want to get right in there….find the pain and massage the sh*t out it. See a physiotherapist about it if you’re covered…..nice job on the WOD……looked like a tough one.

  4. wod: 9:26 used 55 lb bar for ohs and 25 lb kb, a little stiff now loll… darn snow lol

  5. I did the double under WOD…Ryan did it as well.

    It wrecked me a lot more than I anticipated.
    I’m writing this Sunday evening an my calves are destroyed. I’m walking a bit gingerly.
    16:18….

    Unbroken adds that extra litte oh sh!t….As Rx’d 500 reps.
    I had to repeat rounds 35 on way up… hit feet at28,
    round 45 on ay up….hit feet at 44
    Round 50 thee tims… hit feet at 4, 5 and 11…then got it.
    35 on way down. hit at 28
    An unbroken on way down.

    So grand total Double Unders in 16:18min… 1620 reps….OUCH!!!
