Teams of 3 rotate through the following stations:

2 minutes of Rowing for max calories

2 minutes of Box Jumps 30″/24″

2 minutes of Burpees

2 minutes rest.

Complete 4 rounds. Team score is the sum of all calories and reps.

  10. It wasn’t until I hit the valley that I stopped feeling like I should pull over to puke. That was intense!

    My team score was 233. I was a team of one 😉 Thanks to Greg for coaching, counting and motivating me not to find a spot on the floor to go die on!

  14. WOD was 1161 with Amy, Nick and Chris. Holy crap this was a nasty one however everyone hauled ass, and I’m not just talking on my team, there were a ton of people there tonight and everyone put in an unbelievable effort. Awesome stuff guys!

  16. WOD – just killed me – too much time off – four days
    I just kept moving as I needed to keep pace with Ben, Amy and Nick
    I have never seen so many people just collapse after – intense WOD
    Team did 1161 – did we really have a 2 min rest each round – clock needs to be fixed
    now to just crawl into bed and sleep
