  3. I just read that article posted above….EVERYONE SHOULD READ IT!!!

  4. can I please have all members send me an email from the email address to which you would like to have gym news sent to. it’s imporant.

  5. Tushar was rowing like he heard banjo music… suuuuuuuuuuuuuey!

  6. Wendler: Deadlift
5×145, 5×180, 3×220, 5×235, 5×270, AMRAP 12×310. Left 2-3 reps in the tank due to upcoming WOD as per Wendler advice.

    WOD: 1- 4:33
    2- 5:21
    3 -6:18
    4 -7:14
    5 -8:04

These times represent actual work time. (no rest time added) As you can see, the wheels start to fall off the bus pretty quickly. Lots of work to do to improve for next time we tackle a 700 rep WOD!

  7. HOLY!!! Barbara was tough!! I finished at 32 minutes- minus the rest periods. I can’t do the math, but I do know my arms are begging for a rest day. Good job 5pm crew!

  8. Unbelievably awful.

    2 – 7:56
    3 – 7:54
    4 – 9:52

    Pullups – butterflies in progress
Situps – AbMat / straight legs / touch toes every time

  9. In deference to my tennis elbow, I did a modified version of
    20 push ups
    30 sit ups
    40 squats
    Completed in 33:58

  10. Barbara is now above all of the girls on my dislike list
Wendler day for push press – should have read how not to get hurt first
going through warm up presses and did not get face out of way on way down – nice nose scrape – pics to follow
WOD – 3 rounds 34:01 Barbara will get the better of me next time

For everyone who did the five rounds I applaud you. Excellent work everyone

  11. did first workout – felt great and nice warmup with Amy
good start to crosssfit – I am up to the challenge

after three hip surgeries I felt surprising good after tonites start
Made it up the stairs at home with minimal problems

I will see what happens tomorrow

  12. Completed four rounds within set time frame. Actual work time was 23:20.

  13. Wow two grinders back to back. This one got the better of me for sure, just didn’t have the same energy I normally do, gonna have to tweak the pre-wod eating I think.. or stop being a pansy.. Anyway I got crushed by David, Melissa and Sue. Squeaked in under the time limit at 34:20. Just glad to finish this one that’s for sure, great job to the 5 pm crew you guys did an awesome job!
