50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (35, 25)
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (45, 35)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots (20, 14)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Then Games Competitors

3 sets of 35 GHD Sit ups

  2. Two rips on the left hand and one on the right. They are nice a raw this morning. Soap stings like a F@#KER! Guess I’ll have to stop washing my hands…LOL ;). Thanks for making me do my pull ups with no band last night Mike!!!

  3. If you want to make soap & water hurt less New Skin will do the trick. It’ll hurt like hell for a few seconds, but then things are sealed up nicely.

  9. haha…15:49 for the whole thing WOW!! my dirty 25 back in october was 14 something… did the whole thing tonight with step ups at 27:20

    • Did this one with the lunch crew.
      15:49 rx’d. Good mornings (45) in place of back ext.
      PR by 3:57… makes me feel a little better about my terrible Fran display last night.

  10. Wendler press night week 2 – 5@40/5@50/3@60 – 3@70/3@80/amrap 4@90

    WOD – first time with the filthy (Bstrd) 50 – 35:48
    Almost at rx’d – used 35lb KB, 10lb wall ball to scale – at least I have a baseline to measure progress – I had a plan to do as many reps as fast as possible then work in sets
    Felt drained after this one and then had to rush out to get MP to appt
    Used the time there to stretch.
    I feel good that I finished – thanks Greg for the tip on KB swings – got thru 25 quicker than before.

  11. forgot to mention that tonite was a great night for turn out – almost had no room. congrats to everyone for effort and helping me along at the end.
    If calves did not cramp I may have done more than 50 on the first go round on the single unders

  13. WOD: 29:22 Rx’d(ish). We did 50 lb swings instead of 35 for men, and 40lb good mornings instead of back extensions. All in all pretty satisfied.
