Ladder for time

Burpees 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Situps 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20

Do 10 Burpees, then run to opposite side of room and do 2 Situps…. continue

9 Burpees, 4 Situps

8 Burpees, 6 Situps … and so on.

This one is in our journals (p. 123) so make sure you document your results.

YEAH BURPEES!!!!

  1. why don’t you make it interesting and do spiderman pushups to the other side of the gym….or lunges…or walk on your hands!!!

  5. Another fun Saturday WOD. I have to say; running from one end of the gym to the other slowed down fast.

    Got 13 reps on my AMRAP (350) #14 was going to get ugly.

    WOD….fun. It was great to have a large group out, and a newbie Kim joined us.
    WOD time: 8:58… Burpees killed me today.

  7. it was a great group! wod was 11 something i believe, i did a couple of rounds of burpees with kim. burpees werent too bad, damn situps lol
