    WOD:
    Substituted 70lb SDHP for Box Jumps
    Substituted Air Squats for Double Unders

    2 rounds + 30 reps

    AMRAP 11 reps @ 345llbs. Legs said 15 reps…Fingers said too bad!

    WOD: 4 rounds 52 reps.

  4. 1:27 row, stupid cold made me unable to do the WOD, at least I got something done. Stayed to cheer everyone on, great work in there everyone.

  5. 500m row: 2:01.7 (about +3 seconds on my PR)

    WOD: 3 rounds @ 70lbs with 3 x single skips
    70lbs got very heavy very quickly, but I stuck with it. Never going to get stronger if I don’t use heavier weights!

      5 rounds + 30reps. Rx’d
      Upper back tight and painful. Had to drop bar and pace myself a number of times.
      Was fun.

  6. great job skipping Sue, i remember the first time i skipped at the gym… pretty much said the exact same thing! wish i could have been there, took a pretty good dizzy spell this morning, then the migraine set in… spent most of the day sleeping. I’ll be back at it tomorrow!!
