    I did this in 16:?? 1ith 140 on the bar. Awesome effort by Wayne and Tommy with the weight vests! Egads men!

    AMRAP 225 – 8 reps

  5. “Off” day for me, so I decided to do my Wendler 1 Squats.

    4 reps @ 255lbs
    Last Cycle
    4 reps @ 245lbs

  6. 17:28 wod with 60 lb front squat.

  7. First day back after having downtime with illness.
    Managed two rounds in 15 and change. Used 70lbs for squats.
    Considering I did Heavy Helen in 17:32 on Mar 24th – this bug did a number over the weekend.
    Anyway I feel better that I did something.
