10 Rounds for time of:

  • 4 Deadhang Pull Ups (no kipping/upgrade to deadhang cest to bar)
  • 4 Handstand Push Ups (Upgrade to elevated HSPU)
  • 12 GHD Sit Ups
  • 12 Pistols (6 per side)

  2. Did it with the group tonight, it was rough to say the least. Got 60 burpees plus 25 ohs. My legs are going to hate me in the morning.

    If no one is there by 7:10 to do the Games WOD, I’m shuttin’ ‘er down 😀

    WOD: 24:57
    Modifications:
    Pullups – did chinups instead
    HSPU Reps 1-9 were kip/floor; 10-40 were kip/35lb plate
    Situps Reps 1-108 were Abmat; 109-120 were floor/butterfly
    Pistols were unassisted save the 5lb plates under bare feet

  6. Wendler 5 Press – Cycle 2 – 5 reps@ 140llbs

    Completed 17 Skills of “LEVEL ONE TESTING” Only 3 more to go!

  8. Well I did the open WOD. 60+5, I’m happy I haven’t done overhead square with more than the bar before.see if I can beat it later this week.

    did 24 squats instead of pistols

    WOD 24:19 used #3 band
    Getting better balance on the pistols – today left knee was sore had some difficulty with first 2 rounds of the pistols with that leg
    Medicine must be working – head not stuffed up after the HSPU
