    WOD – 17:47 – DL@180lbs

    I was 21 secs longer than Mar 22 using 170lbs for DL and I wanted to better it. Not happy 🙁
    My runs suck – I guess that means more practice.
    If I could run a bit faster than one of those handicap scooters I might actually get a decent time in and they move faster than me.

    I felt like I was just plodding along for the runs, but it didn’t feel like I’d be able to cycle my legs any faster after the deadlifts.
