30 Squat Cleans (95, 65)
400m Run
5 minute rest between rounds.

    9 Thrusters (100/65)
    9 C2B Pull ups
    (Continue on adding 3 reps to each for each round)

  3. They posted it early beacuse of the extension allowed with the week 1 wod. We can complete 11.6 anytime this week or next but cant post scores until next week.

    What times are available to do this weeks WOD??? Will anyone be in on Friday?

  10. Wendler 2.2 DL amrap 3@225 had the fourth roll out of my grip.
    After yesterdays DL fun – was kind of surprised I managed what I did.

    WOD – 35:23 – 65lbs on the squat cleans

    My legs are like jelly after this week and a run tomorrow!!
    Will see how the legs feel in the morning.
    I see a tanning day coming 🙂
