Amy and I are back from our much needed getaway.
We have huge Thank You to Greg and Jon for taking the reins. We are certain they did a great job.

WOD#4 can be done at noon session as well as evening with advance notice.

We will not be having a Good Friday session, so be sure to get at least an attempt in and we can sort out your second attempt if desired.

And there are some who have not yet paid. Please address it today with us before names come off board.

  1. Will there be a session on Saturday? I’d rather not take a run at the Open today, but I will if there isn’t likely to be an opportunity to hit it on Saturday (wouldn’t want to interfere with anyone’s Easter Sunday).

    Definitely good to be back in the a.m.! Name is now on the board (pumped and scared) for the Paleo Challenge! Bring it, gentlemen! 🙂

    I’m in for the paleo challenge for sure. And AM work outs for the entire month. There. I said it. Now I have to stick to it 😉

    Also, I thinks me left a pair of shoes at the gym. If I dont stop down today, I’ll get them Saturday. Happy Easter everyone!

  7. OMG I HATE RUNNING! I blame my tiny lungs!

    WOD: 23 something? maybe? not sure, it’s all a blur. Did 70lbs for C&J… could have gone heavier, but I don’t want to over do it after missing most of last week.

    This was a challenging and fun one! My running needs some serious work so I may start spending some time up at the UNB track in the coming months!

    I think I’m finally, after much great coaching, getting the hang of these Oly lifts. Did you hear that OHS…You’re next!

    It is also good to see that some of the ladies are already trash talking about the Paleo challenge. Good luck…

    No WOD today – legs were shot from the 3 WOD’s earlier this week.
    Thank goodness I had bench wendler for today.
