    Wendler deadlift… perhaps not the greatest day for those after seeing the workout…

    Don’t remember my time.. 11 something at 120lb deadlifts. Need to work more on my form before I add any more weight. Good job morning crew- see you Thursday!

    Wender deadlifts were not the best idea…. I thought the WOD was 5 deadlifts not 15…. I would have been fine with 5 lol

  9. I underestimated both parts of this workout, and there is a pretty good chance I won’t be able to get out of bed tomorrow.

  12. Enjoyed the morning workout today!

    WOD: 20:18 @ 120 lbs with ab mat… sit ups were NOT fun! Gotta start working with that nasty ab mat!

    The one downside to doing the WOD early, is that my legs and abs were aching by like 2 pm! Tomorrow will definitely be a “roll out of bed” morning lol

  14. How did you come up with Wendler 2.4? Should it only be 2.5, 2.3, 2.1, or 2.D?

  15. He’s going by week, not by reps. 4th week of the 2nd cycle.
