  1. Wow, was that ever a huge pile of suck! I’d forgoten how much back to back WOD’s take out of me…. WOD 25:?? 10 toe PU’s each round, KB Rx’d
PR on the clean at 120 🙂

  2. Um, well, I was finally just able to eat something without wanting to bring it back up! Thanks to Jon for bringing over the garbage can during the last rowing portion!!

PR on the clean at 100lbs! That motion still escapes me…power is there, technique is not…yet!

    WOD: 27:45

Oh! I left some paleo honey roasted almonds on the front table for Jenn and Jon, but they were left behind, so they’re free game!! First come first serve! 🙂

  3. WOD – 17:48
used the sling for push ups and 25 lb KB
    Rowing: 1st round 30 cals, 2nd & 3rd rounds 15 cals

  4. 11:29 with 50 lbs KB and a 400m run around the block to replace the rowing.

  5. Did Wendler this morning, cycle 3 week 3 DL. got 3 reps at 335.

    16 something on the WOD w/ 400m run and 70lb KB….I’m glad tomorrow’s a rest day.

  6. WOD – 22:07 – 45lb KB – the rest as Rx’d
SKINS top just about strangled me while rowing. I thought my head was going to explode. Took the top off for the last two rounds. Had a nasty stitch in the side on the last round of rowing.

This was WOD was a killer and I cant wait to see this one come up again.

Greg/Mike are you sure that this WOD does not have a girls name?

  7. haha Chris… this has got to have a guy’s name

    wod: 18:50 / used 30lb kettle bell
this was super hard, damn rowing lol

Great job by the 6 pm crew! killed it!!

  8. WOD = 17:59 -30KB (Should have done 35)
-30 cal 1st round, 15 for the next 2 (should have done 30 all three)

I was terrified of the rowing tonight, but was super happy when I powered through the first 30 cal. I was offered to 1/2 it for the last 2 and regret it. haha I wanted to puke after all the rowing, but I didn’t; I know I could have pushed myself harder for this WOD.

Awesome work Chris and Becky! 🙂
