  1. This one felt slow this morning. 4 rounds plus 14 & 1/3 of the run.

  2. Got my Oly Lifting shoes, and lucky me it was Wendler Squat Day! It didn’t seem to make a whole lot of difference with a low bar back squat, but they felt rough today regardless (only 4 reps Cycle 4 Week 2).

    Cleans and burpees went pretty quick, but the running! Every step took an
    eternity!
    WOD: 6 rounds + 3 reps + 1 more clean after the buzzer. As Rx’d.

  6. Still a little sore from yesterday (awful pull ups), but I was still pretty proud…

    WOD = 5+14 (75-cleans) …I don’t know why everyone hates burpees.

    Awesome to have such a big crowd to work out with at 5! Awesome work everyone!!

    WOD 5 rounds + 9 reps RX’d weight for cleans and did 200m rows

  8. Thank goodness that this week is a deload week Wendler squat 3.4

    WOD – 4 rounds 90lb cleans – not bad considering the sinus/chest/breathing problems of the past week.
    I’m hoping the workouts will help clear out the crap faster.
    Getting much better at burpees πŸ™‚

  9. This one was fun but hard! Got in 5 rounds + 14 almost RX’d… 90lb cleans. Surprised myself there since my last 1RM for power cleans was 95lb! Gonna have to try that again now to see where it really is! Burpees were definitely the best part of this WOD!

  10. Ok – finally committing to post! 5 rnds + 9, 60 lb cleans. Burpees started to crumble by round 4 – but I did them as best I could. Thanks everyone for the encouragement! Nice to see different faces there!
