We will be having an information session at 11am.

10 am – Regular WOD



  1. The rain must’ve kept everyone at home – two this AM! 🙂

    Here’s what went down:

    Strength: Weighted Pullups, 5×3

    WOD: From the 2010 CrossFit Games
    AMRAP 7:
    7 Deadlifts (315/205)
    14 Pistols (7/leg)
    21 Double Unders (3xSingle substitution)

  2. Had to do skipping, and never puked, not even a gag…

    Made for a quiet morning!!!

    For the Strength Portion I started with a number 4 band for 2 rounds, then moved to a number 3 band, last round was an attempt with a 2 band no go, so added another 2 band.

    Got in 2 rounds + 5 using 255 for deadlifts.

    feel great think I am heading to the Q Plex for a swim, anyone wanna come?? LOL
