  1. Yeah!!! A mini rest for my legs – sort of.
I have already come to the conclusion that legs are required for around 80% of the movements.
    Time to suck it up.
And anyhow isnt cocaine supposed to make you feel good … just saying

  2. I challenge anyone to upscale to 185 on this one!
Only 25 reps…good opportunity to do so!
    just sayin’

  3. Members of the evening crew will be doing it… just sayin haha

  4. I feel GREAT after this WOD!

Kneeling box jumps improved since last time 🙂 moved up to #45+#35 plates and form was better too

    WOD: 16:57 C&J @#75, kipping PU’s not C2B

  5. This was a great morning. Spent the prewod, wod, and post wod working on my power clean and push jerk form. As a consequence of this my time is bloody aweful – 22:???, but that’s ok. I now have some very specific things to work on. On the down side – 2-3 tears per hand. It’s a good day for tape folks.

  6. Ya definatly use tape! I brought a roll in for anyone to use, its on the ledge

  7. Must…Not…Take…The…Bait…….

Ah, who am I kidding? I’ll be one of the people taking the 185# challenge for the Noon Crew!

  8. Come on Ray, something needs to slow you down.

This was a fun one. I used 80lbs & Ring rows. It was a great WOD for correcting technique. Thanks Mike

    10:07

  9. Well, 185# did slow me down that’s for sure! C2B in the end were done in singles to make sure they were Rx’d.

    WOD – 15:53
    C&J 185#
    C2B @ Rx’d.

Kneeling jumps – used two 45# plates to jump on.

  10. WOD – 15:03 using 60 lb for C&J and #3 then #4 band for C2B

  11. WOD- 11:17 45lbs

still feeling wobbly from Montezuma…gotta love those Inca’s
looking forward to tomorrow…pass out for sure 🙂

  12. 10:5? using 185lbs really fun wod today

  13. Attempted the kneeling jumps – key word “attempted”
First one – caught my foot on ground
Second – barely off the ground
    Third – the same
You get the picture – and the worst part is I have did them the last time

WOD – 14:07 used 115lb for 2 rounds and dropped to 95 for the last 3
ring rows as I want to develop strength to do pullups without a band.
Considering that max C&J is 125lb I think this went well.

Doing the Hopper has increased confidence and form as cleans were much better.
Greg, you would have been happy as I did not use arms, until the last 2 or 3 reps.

    • Kneeling jump – 4 x 45 plates. Got spooked when adding the extra 25

      The WOD destroyed me mentally.
      18:?? Rx’d

      • Just saw my time from Wed on board….sorry I lied
        My time was 19:48….ouch

  14. Awesome Chris!!!

  15. Sounds like everyone had fun today 🙂 I worked out with Mel and her crew at Crossfit Bangor today! The WOD was a 20 min AMRAP of ten deadlifts (95), 20 double unders ( or 40 singles), and 30 ABMATS. I used 95 for the deadlifts, did 40 singles in place of double unders. I got six full rounds+10 deadlifts+40 skips +10 ABMATS. Really good WOD 🙂
