  1. DAMMIT lol

  2. Happy Birthday Sherri!

Slim pickings for this morning’s WOD too – only me and Jon there!

Deadlifts were kept relatively light, focusing on form rather than weight. Worked up to a double @ 270 lbs with the lightest fingers only hook grip I could manage to avoid re-sensitizing Wednesday’s hand tears – didn’t really work, but I’m pretty sure the rest of my form was relatively solid, as long as I keep a neutral neck.

WOD: Somewhere in the vicinity of 19:40. This honestly could have just been 150 push ups for time, double unders go by so fast and then you’re back to squirming on the floor. Oh well – this is how we get better at push-ups!

  3. Where is everybody? I can practically see tumbleweeds rolling across the website today.

  4. Today was going to be a rest day after yesterday’s WOD knocked the bejesus out me. However, I couldn’t resist a push up WOD.

WOD 12:17. Agree with Nick on the double under analogy. You just keep asking yourself how you got back on the floor so fast.

Everybody donated large pools of DNA today. Great job Noon Crew!

  5. Couldn’t resist a push-up WOD? Glutton for punishment.

    Good job Ray!

  6. Last night was a late one, so rising and shining at 530 wasn’t happening, but I’m going to give it a go when I get home tonight.

  7. well that was definitely an interesting birthday present lol…
    wod 17:??
did the double unders, first 50 were really broken (enough to make me curse just a tad), they got better towards the end

and tomorrow…. well just what is there to say about that 🙂
