  1. I hate working Canadian Holidays – I miss all the fun 🙁

  2. I woke up this morning wishing that the games did not end. What an amazing weekend. Now I need to pick what gym to work out at today.

  3. Haha I’m not sure if this really counted as “fun” but it was definitely a good work out with some great team spirit (and some good natured heckling)!

My team was me, Chris A, Chris, and Kevin and we completed in 38:54. Chris and Chris killed the rowing and Kevin rocked the leg raises and pushed through the last run like a trooper!

Great work guys! Enjoy the rest of your holiday Monday 😛

  4. The other team was me, Mike, JF and Sherri. We completed in 39:05. We were saved by MIke switching to snatches and Sherri and me doing leg raises instead of toes to bar.
It was fun – now that it’s over!

  5. I wish I could’ve been there, but I didn’t see a WOD posting until 10:10 this morning. Looks like a good one, and sounds like a good crowd.

  6. What a blast of a workout. Thanks for having me. haven’t felt the need to throw up in a workout in such a long time

  7. Well I just finished working out at the “Athletic Center” in Guelph (WOD at cf Guelph was at 10am and I was at a wedding last night). I rarely realize just how special and great the environment at our gym is because I have the pleasure of workin out with you guys so frequently. This was a prototypical meathead gym and I hated every second of it and missed you guys as I was working out. Crossfit really is a lifestyle.

    Strength work: Squats: 3×5 @ 230 and Shoulder Press 3×5 @ 125.

Going to do a wod at cf Guelph tomorrow and couldn’t be more excited about it, especially after today. Have a great week of training guys and I’ll see you Friday.
