MJ will be at the gym for 2pm. Strength training. If anyone wishes to work on skills now would be a good time to do so.
Movements wiil be, Snatch, Clean, Deadlift

    Front Squat 150×3, 180×3, 190×3, 200×2, and cause I wasn’t happy leaving it at 2 I did #3 30 seconds later.

    Ring dips 3 sets of max reps (4, 4, 3.5)

    Deadlift 270×1, 310 x 1, 330×1 (PR) , 310×1

    330 was far from my prettiest lift, but it was there.

    Meanwhile Nick B is high bar backsquatting 310!
