  • 6 Handstand Push Ups
  • 8 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)

  2. WHAT???? thats what we had written at first but then we changed it to match this… all well the HSPU’s werent the hardest part of the WOD, my hands are shot from the T2B yesterday and PU’s today.

    WOD: 7+6 dips (dips & PU’s instead of MU’s, HSPU’s on the tire, KBS RX’d)

  3. 3 + 6 pull-ups + 6 dips + 2 HSPU. HSPU on the tires.

    I spent pretty much the entire WOD waiting for my arms to come back enough to squeeze out another dip. I know I might not have gotten the metabolic effect we’re supposed to gun for, but the dips need work.

    We went from 2/4/6 to 2/6/8 – so either way we were wrong about the reps.

  4. Awww crap! Oh well the hspu’s were going to be hard either way. Did 9 rounds plus 1 MU with the 6 hspu structure. Morning is hard… Good luck to lunch and evening crews!

  5. Good WOD this morning! 8 rounds+ 6 pullups and 6 dips+ 6 HSPUs. I used the tires for hspus, the bench for dips and the 40lbs kettle bell.

  6. 10 rounds – pull ups/dips, HSPU off box, 35lb KB.
    Now I want a nap!

  7. ….completely forgot about the 6 HSPUs and did normal Nate using an AbMat for the HSPUs: 8 rounds + 1 MU

    Handstand Pushups went like:
    Round 1: 4 strict
    Round 2: 3 strict + 1 kip
    Round 3: 2 strict + 2 kip
    Round 4: 1 strict + 3 kip
    Rounds 5-8: 4 kips

    Historical:
    December 30th, 2010
    9 rounds + 3 reps (HSPU with AbMat & 50/60/70lb KBs)
    October 26th, 2010
    10 rounds + 1 rep (50lb KB & HSPU in a 2/3 Jolly Jumper)

  10. I’m loving that I’m getting closer and closer to “real” HSPUs!

    WOD – 11 rounds plus 2 pull ups
    Pull ups with #1 band and dips on box with feet on bench
    HSPUs using 35lb plate and Abmat as “floor”
    KBS @ 40lbs… should have gone for 45!

    used #1 band / tires for hspu / 30 lb kb (took it easy on my thighs after last night but could have gone heavier.. next time Nate!!
