Warm Up

:15 min – Start WOD. Some scaling may have to be done, and perhaps some staggering.

Lumberjack 20

20 Deadlifts (275lbs)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (2pood)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115lbs)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24/20)
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)
Run 400m

  5. Dear Potential, I do have a plan. It is in the works. I know you have been holding your ground waiting for the bigger picture. With Packing up my potential, my trust, belief, and courage need to come along. They had a few things to clean up on the yesterdays, but that is gone. Today is here. And tomorrow needs my ACTION plan. Tactic=Result. I Hear you loud and clear. Time talk the talk meets walk the walk. #gotime.

  6. WOD – 26:41 Lumberjack 20 @ RX’D!

    Was happy with my OHS today. Not quite unbroken but oh so very close! (16-4). Tried to keep up with Cam on the C2B’s, however, was quickly schooled…Next time! :o)

    Filthy Fifty tomorrow??? Just kidding!!!

  7. Phew! My crap this was grinderiffic…

    I’m off grip cause of my wrist so this is what I did with a 400m run after each:
    130lb reverse lunges 20
    tire box jumps 20
    dowel overhead squats 40 (bit of a break on this…almost caught Ray)
    ceiling burpees 20
    double unders 100
    pistols 20
    tire box jumps 20


    I added laying on my back for 10 minutes after.

  8. Just want to tell the Dragonboaters GOOD LUCK on Saturday! I can’t make it in tonight. I have a ton of stuff to do before heading to Moncton in the morning for Jo’s wedding on Saturday!

    And I felt every minute of this 19:38 Did good..felt better than Monday that is for sure 🙂

  13. 24:06, scaled the deadlifts to 225. I couldn’t stop sweating until almost 2pm after the noon hour.
