We’ll be doing outdoor-sy stuff. Good time I promise.



  1. Well that was definitely a good one to get the heart rate going!
    5 rounds
    250m sprint rows
    9 box jumps
    6 pull ups
    3 tire flips
    Rest one minute between rounds

    Lol would have been three rounds until Marcy said “only three rounds lol” but doing the other two was fine… Added to the excitement lol
    Way to go for Melissa who lost count and did an extra round just to be sure she did the five!!!
    We were definitely getting some funny looks rowing outside too lol
    great fun this morning!!

  2. How come Marcy never posts? It’s like she thinks we’d make fun of her…..socks, yeah, socks or something along those lines.

  4. Didn’t get in this morning so I did my own workout tonight. Ran the block (1.7k) then took about a ten minute break and then did ten rounds of 10 push ups, 10 situps, 10 squats, which took me around 15 minutes.
