Warm Up

:15 mins – Press – 5 sets x 3 reps

:30 mins – WOD

20 min AMRAP:

  • 10 Push Press (115/75)
  • 10 Kettlebells Swings (55/40)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)

  4. You got that one right Sherri! The push press was the hardest part, the KBS and box jumps are too quick for much of a rest before you’re back to the press. Love it!!!

    WOD: 6+18 Rx’d (well kinda, did the press @70 b/c the 2.5’s were taken but upped the box jumps to 24″)

  5. So much ass kicking, Sherri! Haha I used 70 for my first round of push presses then 60 for the rest, 45 for KBS because we were out of 40s and I used the box today instead of the tire for box jumps, so I was happy with my 6 rounds

  7. Owwie! Presses hurt my shoulders! Gonna have to determine if it’s a form issue or just a sissy shoulder issue lol!

    WOD: 7 rounds + 20 reps

    Started with 60lbs for the push presses, but after 3 rounds my shoulders were screaming so I scaled down further to 50lbs. Used 40lb KB.

    And yes, this one is very devilish!!

    Really wanted to RX it but I just couldn’t do that much weight

  11. 7 rounds + 27 Rx’d weight but 20″ box due to injured calf.

  12. MP’s warmup:3 rounds: 10 ring rows;10 sit ups; 10 side leg raises each leg; 10 pole squats.
    WOD: AMRAP 20 min
    10 deadlifts 70 lbs; 10 kb swings 20 lbs; 10 step ups
    9 + 15
    The last round felt the best the right muscle finally stretched 🙂
    Nice crowd was fun 🙂

    Did 8 full rounds 70 lbs for push press
    40 lb for kbs
    Used 5 x 45 lb plates for step ups

    Awesome job by the 6 pm crew!!!!

  14. Warm up – Press – 60-70-80-90-100 all by three – my PR for press is 100 and did three reps tonite. Very happy about that

    WOD – 5 + 10 – 90lb PP/50lb KB/20″ Box

    The last two rounds of PP was a killer for me. The toe feels good so next time box jumps will be back to 24″
