Congrats to Chris A for getting his first, 2nd,3rd Muscle up last night. And Marcy for getting her kipping pull ups going. Don’t let them ease up from here on out!

Warm Up

:15 mins – Learning the tire flip

:30 mins – WOD

5 Rounds (small change to WOD made)

  • 200 m sprint
  • 10 box jumps (30/24)
  • 10 push ups (hand release)
  • 10 double unders
  • 10 wall balls

  11. Well after saying yesterday that this looked like a fun one, I just had to do it.

    WOD – 23:41 – did 3 to 1 single unders – push ups were a nice break in this one.
    I am now feeling the love from this WOD.
