Warm Up

  • 90 Running Clock
  • 200 m Row
  • AMRAP Burpees. Full Hip Ext w/ Clap
  • Rest 7:30 min Repeat at same intensity level!

Score is the total amount of burpees completed.

  4. Holy shit is right! I’ll be surprised if there are no more contributors to the puke wall after today! Haha Thanks to Jon for the wake up text message this morning or I wouldn’t have made it in. I got 50 burpees total, one round with 11 and one with 9 averaging out to 10 per round. Great work this morning guys!

  5. Wow – this is the closest I’ve come to being ill during the workout. Rounds 1 and 2 felt hard, but great. The rest between rounds 2 and 3 I started to feel a little ill – fuzzy brained and nauseous. From that point on it was down hill.

    I managed 74 burpees, with a significant slow down on my last 2 rounds of rowing. You’d think 7.5 minutes to recover would be enough.
