  • 15 Overhead Squats (95/65)

  2. 22:16. I used a 40lb bar for the overhead squats. It was a beautiful morning uptown – perfect for running 🙂

  3. Did my own tonight. 20 rounds one burpee and 10 squats in 12:42. Worked on the squat technique, but I have to work at speeding them up a bit.

    • Maddy, it’s all about the hip drive. Imagine you are jumping strainght up off tje floor. Use same intensity of movement. Son’t forget to pinch the butt as hard as you can…..and keeps it on heels….all good
