Be careful with footing if the weather arrives, but it’s desired you run in snow. Don’t try to PR your runs.

WOD – 8:52 @ Rx’d+
I add the plus because I had to row beside Mark A. When he’s done his row, the rowing machine is gassed! I think he rowed a 1.26 pace at the “end” of the WOD.
Wod did 50 squats to start, 155 for deadlifts. Did almost all toes to bar!

WOD: 13:04 with 800 and 200m rows, 130# deadlifts, and knees to… Up high? Not to bar haha good work tonight!
First WOD with the CF Nano’s – they are so light. The wide front is sooo comfy.
Did some box jumps and front squats to see how they feel and I must admit it felt really strange on the FS, not in bad way as I felt more solid then before.
11:16?? – 200#DL and knees to as high as I can get them.
Nano’s did not help my row or K2E or as high I could lift them.
Legs are feeling a bit tighter and I think that is because of the shoes – less give in the shoe.
Overall I am quite happy with the purchase.
Now to work on core as it sucks and February is my 75 per day squat challenge
