  2. No strength today! Had to get out the door so I did wod during strength! 8:52 rx’d! First time doing this workout all double unders!! Yay

  3. Well I was introduced to Annie and did much better than I thought I would. I tried double unders but couldn’t figure out how to do them so did singles. Sit-ups were the hardest part.
