  1. Strict press work to warm up. Can’t remember my WOD time, but it was slow. Upscaled to 30″ box jumps. No matter how well (or poorly) I take care of myself on the weekends Mondays are the worst day of the week. Great work Charlene, originally going for 65# and Amy pushed you to 85#. That’s a massive jump!

    Brain apparently still hasn’t recovered from Hopper weekend…I did 13 clean & jerks to start the wod until I was reminded I was just supposed to do cleans. Oops.

    wod – 11:05 rx’d with the box jumps. had a couple of no reps, but overall feeing pretty good post hangover.

  6. Strength: Box Squats 135×5, 225×3, 245×3, 265×1, 275×1 and Front Squats 3 sets of 185×6.

    WOD : 10:24 w/ 30″ box jumps.

  9. Did some crazy strength work on Snatch and Cleans…hook grip is blistering my thumbs!
    100+ DU
    Then went for the WOD. Upscaled box jumps to 24″. 11:50
    100+ DU and lots of whip marks.
    Good work guys!

    Looking forward to the move to the larger place. It is great to see so many people at 630.
