    WOD: 21:??
    135/ 35/ single skips.

    First day back after a week-long break. this kind of workout was just what I needed to get back on the rails; and the 6am session was a great way to start the day.

  3. Bench Press for strength
    WOD 19:40Rx I used 155lbs for the first two rounds of deadlifts until I realized Rx was 135 then I reduced the weight. Round 4&5 would of sucked @ 155lbs!

  8. Strength – Strict Press – 45,55,65,75,75 – wanted to test shoulder after getting some work done by Dr Dan earlier in the day. Pleasantly surprised that I only had a minor twinge. More work with Dan the Man on Thursday.

    26:46 – 165/45 and all DU’s – I got false hope on the DU’s as I was doing 7-8 at a time then round 4 came, 2’s and 3’s for those rounds.
