Tabata Something Else

8 Rounds each movement. 20 sec work/10 sec rest

  • Pull Ups
  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Squats


  1. 338 which is 4 reps shy of my PR. Pretty pissed I came that close and missed it but holy hell was I sore today from the last two days. Awesome effort power hour!

  2. Strength: backsquats @ 115# (regretted this choice later in the WOD!)
    WOD: 263, subbed inch worms for pullups. Not sure what was worse, the situps or the squats. Good job nooners!

  3. Strength : OHS @ 60lbs

    WOD : 302…didn’t have anything on the board to compare ….squats made up the bulk of the score :)….Love tabata!!!
