  1. did “Labour” with a bunch of the crew. Finished 16:15Rx’d. Cashed out with a ~2 mile run with Jul/Karen/Jill/Tom.. great way to kick off the week. thanks for keepin me goin.

  3. opted for hot shots for the second time in three days. pr’d by about 8 sec. got it done in 38:18 rx’d. fyi, carb loading with britts chips, hamburers and pulled pork is not the best idea.

    Wod- labour wod! Loved it! 17:58 and then a lovely run!! Great job everyone! Big group tonight!

  5. Strength – OHS -EMOM and new PR 80#

    26:09 – Double Unders Slowed me down. Need to continue working on being consistent with these.
