25 Push Press
25 Box Jumps 30/24

Catch: Every minute you must stop wherever you are and do 3 Burpees. Once completed you resume where you left of. Continue until all reps are complete.

  3. Had to be in and out like a robbery today so I did Annie, 6:32 new PR. Still left a little time on the clock, got tripped up in my rope towards the end. This looked like a sweaty one, great work One Two Crew.

    Strength: 3×5 @ 145 bench then 2×5 @ 165 bench
    WOD: 157 rounds Rx’d.

    Push press is what killed me, i need to work on this. Same reason i suck at thrusters. I think from here forward i’m going to devote one day a week to thrusters/push-presses to improve.

    Way to go nooners, you all left it all on the floor. A lot of puddles to prove it!

    felt my knee twinge, so i opted out of the box jump and ohs fun.

    wod – subbed out a modded work our. 3 RFT – 10 c2b, 10 press @ 95, 10 burpees – 6:34
