    Tried to keep up with Mark but it didn’t happen.

    Congrats to Thomas on his 1st muscle up and Scott Mac on the PR!

  2. WOD: Felt like about 3 weeks to complete. I was real slow as I have to reset after each rep. Completed it Rx’d.

    Worked on Cleans for my strength. Realized 85% of my board PR was light, added 20lbs to my old PR of 180. New PR @ 200#

    Meg and Mark were lighting fast today.. awesome!
    Jul also got a 20# PR on her Cleans!

    Congrats everyone, power hour was just on FIRE today.
