  3. Strength: skipped and went for a 2.5mile run with Jul and Mr.Anderson
    WOD: 8+3 Rx’d. As always the cleans are what slowed me down, but i’m pretty happy with that regardless!

    Way to go nooners!

    strength – snatch work and back squats to a new pr of 255. think i could’ve squeezed out some more

    wod – new pr on jackie at 7:25.

    great job to a small but determined 1 pm class.

    strength: push press @ 75

    wod: 12+ 5 @ 80lbs

    collar bone is a little sore from the ring dips so kept it light
