  3. MOD replaced cleans with 40″ box jumps. 7+10. Everyone’s running is improving so much, it’s great to see.

    6 rounds for wod @80lbs….started with 75lb but Amy snuck some on while I was out for my first run!! Thanks as always for the push.

  6. Strength I tested my over head squats did 1 rep max of 105 which is progress can’t start working on getting some weight on now that my depth is getter better

    Wod I started 40 seconds late cause I got stuck changing my shoes lol. Did 7 rds RX. Noon crowd was flying good job
