  2. It’s even less fun than it looks. When you get over 10 pullups it really kicks in. Enjoy.

    WOD : 23:46 ….pull-ups were one at a time at the end….

    TIP : don’t figure out the total pull-ups before the WOD!!! 😉

  4. strenght – double under work.

    wod – 27:03 rx’d. still not a 100% and i switched to split jerks pretty quick. the felt pretty good, but re-racking the weight is a little troublesome. pullups felt smooth to the last couple of sets.
    slower and more methodical than usual, but a great friday grinder.

  5. WOD- 24:58 @Rx’d ish

    Took the challenge of 160lb Axle Bar for this one. Bit of a challenge cleaning and racking this wonderful piece of joy. Pull ups were tough during the last few sets and were slow.

    all pull ups! Marcy wasn’t kidding… pretty much sucked after the 10 round. Tore in a spot with 5 left to go. Over all they felt pretty good, we’ll see how the shoulder feels tomorrow. Had Danimal pushing me. Awesome to see you back!!
