  4. For warmup I did 25,20,15,10,5 of double unders and ab mat situps
    Strength- power cleans 5×5 @65lbs
    Yay ! Got chest to bar pullups finally 🙂 9:41? I think! Great job 12pmers

  7. Strength – 95# Push Jerk – nothing heavy but something that would give my shoulder a bit of work. Felt pretty goog
    10:51 – 24″ box and #2 x 2 bands – small progression downward on the bands – next step is a 2 and 1.

    Strength: worked on split jerks for the first time. Got up to 55# practicing technique. Great coaching from Meg and help from the team thanks guys!
    WOD- 8:53 24″ and started w 2+1 band, went down to 2 halfway through!

    have to lift something heavy tomorrow after that night hehe! Sorry for writing a book..

  9. strength – worked on max rep cleans and walking lunges with 135 lbs.

    wod – 7:15 rx’d, not to shabby even with a couple of missed reps.

    cash out 3 sets – ghd situps (20 reps) and bar muscle up work. strung two togehter on the last set.
