Strength 5x3x2

Death By Front Squats

Each minute you do front squats.

The multiples of front squats increase each minute until you cannot complete required reps within the minute block.

M – 135#
F – 95#

  1. Contemplated a rest day today then saw the wod. Front squats are a goat of mine, so I figured I better suffer through it. Made it through 11 awful rounds….and my legs quickly reminded me I did heavy thrusters yesterday for strength.

    Awesome effort by the power hour today, especially Charlene who killed it!

  4. Killed it today! 13+8 Rx’d. Not gonna lie… Had a rotten week performance wise. I needed this mentally… Don’t think I’ll be squatting much for the next few days hah

    I feel like I could have gotten the 12th round in but my lower back started to give so I had to bail. I think towards the end I was just getting fatigued causing bad form. Something I need to work on for sure.
