This will be the winter hours for Saturday morning.

Half Murph

800 m Run
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
150 Squats
800 m Run

You can break the reps up as you wish, but it must start and finish with the 800 m run


  1. Did my own thing today as my shoulder is screaming.. No push ups or pull ups. So i did 100 front squats at 135#. 10×10 unbroken with 90 sec between each set.

    Way to go everyone! You all killed murph

    Scheduled rest day today until saw I Murph on the board. Throw in that we did heavy chest and strict pull ups yesterday and we have the makings of a very bad idea. Perfect!
