  1. John was by himself this morning so after he was done the strength, I thought I would do this one with him. I’ve discovered a couple of things.

    1. This is a sneaky one
    2. Doing this woe in regular gym pants really sucked (holy hot)
    3. Mentally awake at 6 am, physically however, definitely not so much
    4. I really appreciate those who come in early and do the wods

  2. Started with 1k row then 100 OHS at 75#. Then i did yesterday’s WOD in 14:22 Rx’d. Then did today’s 75 DU’s in 51 seconds.

    I’m tired.

  3. Strength: Push press up to 170#… new PR – up from 160 yay
    WOD: 14:16 with singles & 45# KB
    shoulders and forearms burning today! Made it to one double under unbroken (LOL) for the cashout. It’s a work in progress!

  4. Back squat – knees were not agreeing with me today, they were very loud in their displeasure. Still managed 170# which is not far from my PR.
    WOD – 26:54 Rx’d – of course DU’s were the slow part but I’m doing them. These just need me to focus more as in the last round I strung together 10, 5, 4, 8 along with the usual 2’s and 3’s.
    Tomorrow is mobility day for lower body.

  5. EMOM : stict press up to 85lbs…..finally…trying to get over 80 for ever!

    WOD: 9:55 Rx… one!!

  6. Strength – worked up to 90lbs for OHS , not a PR
    Great job char on your 10lb PR on your press. 🙂
    Wod -11:15? And then 2:09 for those awful double unders
