15 Handstand Push Ups
30 Box Jumps 24/20
60 Double Unders


  1. Small lunch crew. I’m hung over too people but come on! New strict press PR to 150#. Got 20 HSPU in before having to switch to pullups. I didn’t string together two box jumps today. DU were smooth. Awful feeling WOD after the party but glad I’m getting it out of the system.

  2. Very small crew today for sure. Strength: front squats 60# max PR:)
    WOD: 15:10 modified
    Good to work off some of the festivities. 😉

  3. No strength post party…

    WOD – 13:28 Rx’d. Started with 11 strict HSPUs….stupid idea haha. Had to kip in sets of 5 and 2’s for the rest of the WOD. Agree with Scott, good to get in and get moving after a great weekend !

  4. strength: dead lift: 145 lbs to 205 lbs, kept it pretty light. I knew that I wouldn’t be doing much overhead today from the shoveling last night and 6 am this morning

  5. WOD : used 35lb weight and ab mat for HSPU……not sure of time somewhere around 14 min??

  6. Pr on my over head squat up 5lbs. Not sure of my time. Did hrpu due to sinus trouble. Double unders did not go well today. Now to practice them everyday 🙂

  7. Did some targeted warmup on shoulders and hip flexors for this one.
    Front Squat – form work up to 105# – keeping core more stable.
    27:09 – double unders the slow part – HSPU from box but with warmup work did first two rounds unbroken then 10 and 5 for third.
    Need to start working in some skill work.

  8. Big crew at 530!

    Strength: Clean and Jerks up to 175#. Guess that’s a PR since I haven’t recorded one before.

    WOD: 8:51 rx’d but with 25 # plate on HSPUs. Had the box jumps and du’s unbroken til the very end of both sets.

    Nice to see a couple of the new peeps out tonight.
