Every Friday will be a past Open WOD from now until the Open begins

Strength 5x5x2

Then

AMRAP 17:
40 Burpees
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    WOD: 150 reps with snatches at 65 and 85#

  3. WOD : 120 using 45# and 65#. Started with 75# for second round but wasn’t happening this morning 🙂

  4. Strength – Bench Press – had not attempted bench’s in a while as it bothered my shoulder. 105lbs gave only a small tweak and I stuck with that.
    13.1 – tackled this differently. I am not the best with burpees and would have to make up time on snatches. Kept burpees at a good pace for me and the first set of snatches went 15,10.5. Second set of snatches went in sets of 3.
    Score – 150
    2013 score – 139
    Improvement of 11 – I think this is a win.

  5. Last time we did this I was new to cross fit and hadn’t done a snatch in a WOD… I was pleased with my performance to attempt it Rx… 104 reps
