  1. Worked on clean technique for strength…WOD was a grinder – 16:12 with single skips instead of DU’s. Not sure what hurt worse – shoulders, chest or legs. Good job power hour! There were some very impressive times!

  2. Strength- Squats 135×12,185×5,225×5,245×5,265×5…

    Rolled forward on toes on last lift and gave my left arch a nasty shot. Leason learned? Stay on heels…Ouch.

  3. Strength – clean and jerks 3 rounds @ 65lb and then 2 rounds @75lbs
    Wod- 15:26- I think everything sucked equally !! Great job nooners! Fun as always 🙂

    holy moly, legs felt like jelly lol

  7. 13:12. Squats were really slow, need to get a bit more cardio going to pick the pace up.
