Strength 5x3x1


Toes to Bar
Box Jumps 24/20
Deadlifts 225/155


  1. No strength today – did some stretching

    Wod 12:?? I think

    Scaled with knees to the general vicinity of elbows

    16″ box jumps – first time after sore ankle – felt ok

    Deadlifts at 125lbs

    This was a grinder . Only 2 of us at 4:30 – small but determined group 🙂

  2. Strength – back squats 155#

    11:11 – went with the premise that any 21-15-9’s should be completed quickly.
    185#/24″/leg raises – after doing negatives on the bar during warmup the shoulder would not co-operate with more hanging from the bar.

  3. Strength – worked on cleans for technique
    WOD: 13:?? with 165# for deadlifts. Toes to bar first time in a WOD, usually subbed knees to elbows but they went fine.
