    11.1- 5+3Rx
    Your going to end up breaking up the snatches so go into this workout with a patterned planned out when to put the bar down. It will be more efficent.

  2. MOD: Burpee cleans and double unders. I have never had such a hard workout with grip strength as the burpee cleans. Unbelievable. 3+2 Rx.
