  1. Still can’t grip anything yet so today’s MOD was 35″ burpee box jumps, 400 m run. Time was 10:17 I think. Great work today Noon Crew, that looked tough.

  3. Wow today was a shoulder burner for sure!! It hurts to lift my arms already.

    Strength worked on Press and got a 5# pr – up to 65#

    Wod was 15:? with 35# for OHS still working on form

    Lots of tips from Amy throughout the workout today – learned I was doing Press wrong all along!

  6. This was a bittersweet wod for me. I love rowing but words can’t express my hatred for overhead squats. But I suffered through them like I should.

    Thanks for the push Scott U…it was needed. No idea what my time was but it was far from my best wod. The power hour was awesome today as always!

  7. Strength : 80# snatch today… :)…. but still need a lot of work on technique!!

    WOD : 12:31 @ 70#….great job everyone!!!

  8. Strength: Snatch up to 85#, I know I can get 90#, just have to not psych myself out.

    WOD: 11:07, OHS 55# this one killed the legs!
