    wod 1 8 rounds 4 reps
    used 55 lbs. HOWEVER… that is 10 lbs heavier than the last time we did snatches

  4. Holy wrists ! Great one though!! Great job Amy… You are a machine ! 11 + ?? For round 1 – cray cray! I on the other hand – 5 rounds + 7 rx’d , and then 5 rounds even rx’d for the second one 🙂

  5. Did a lovely 20 rep max Snatch before this WOD, HSPU and Daily Squat. I felt the 20 RM on the snatches as soon as I did the first snatch in the WOD…gross.

    WOD 1: 11+5 RX
    WOD 2: 4 + 7 RX (I wasn’t really feeling this one)

    Good work tonight everyone! OHS are a challenge!

    Strength…worked on snatches…and daily squat up to 160#….nice job 6:30 crew 🙂
