  3. Strength – still working the white board. Woot! Guess what today was? Clean! Yeah way! 90# and my technique is yukky.

    Wait – I get to practice in the WOD?!? AWESOME.

    Dan tried to motivate me with cheerful burpees….a wonderful thought…strange, but wonderful. 🙂
